    Are they worth anything? A friend says he has a bunch, back into the 30s.

    they're worth selling, they go for around $20-60 or so on eBay.

    Get them if you can. Those things are wonderful when trying to find out what parts REALLY fit. Worth more than money in certain situations, because the information is reliable and eliminates trial and error.
