Between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, FOUR Hurst/Olds were stolen from two adjacent hotel parking lots during the Hurst/Olds Club of America 25th National Meet in Indianapolis, Ind. I was just spreading the work hoping that folks will keep an eye out for these cars. Whether rods or traditional cars, I hate it when cars go missing and get a real delight when the perps are caught. Didn't mean to offend.
I dont have a problem with this,maybe some do.hell we might need to go to others forum when our stuff gets jacked.........
Yea your right... I mean what does a bunch of expensive/desirable cars in a small area targeted by theives have to do with hotrods?
I'm sure the owners would appreciate the posts. I know if my car got stolen I wouldn't mind it being posted on a muscle car forum or a Import forum for that matter. It's a sad story.
The bastards would jack our cars in a heartbeat too if they got an order for them. I say spread the word, find the jerks, take'm out back and sort'm out.
again i notice a trend here on these high profile car thefts a White crew cab pick up truck..this is like the 5th or 6th time i have read this in a classic car theft report..this year alone..and i think a few at the end of "08" coincidence? i think not.. organized crime? definetly pro's..yep protected? and the right people turning a blind eye to it..I think so other thread..more info http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=387601
