Don't take this the wrong way but I really think your car is the wrong shape for flames. It's to boxy for such a flowing free form graphic. I've never cared for flames on squared off cars like tri-5 chevys or muscle cars. Now some nice red scallops would look killer. They would work with the straighter lines of the car as well as tying the red wheels into the car nicely.

Hes right. Scallops would look sweet. Keep the wheels.

  10. Ghost Flames? Might work...Here's my 61 Ford..they are tough to see sometime....Well, I did say "Ghost" Flames...LOL.
You might think about re doing the Flat White first...and I agree, fix the rocker.

  11. Ok don't take this the wrong way but its a ragged out more door. Before I did anything to draw attention I would at least throw a coat of paint on it. Then I would still try and stay low key.
Did I mention that its a more door? They can be nice enough and with the right build it could be one helluva sleeper but...

If you want flames, throw a lighted match in the back seat!

All kidding aside. I agree with the ones that say this is the wrong car for flames. Flaked roof, scallops, and shaves handles would look great in my opinion.

That Galaxie reminds me of the 'Emporer's new clothes'...can't see 'em at all!

Hey...and those 'ghost wood panels' on the car in your avitar look great too! :D

How about red scallops, red flaked roof, bellflower tips, and then throw some angel hair on the dash and package tray.

No flames. That would not match the era or body style of yuour car. Four door or not, it can be a really good looking car. Flames are too much for most cars. You need something more simple, like already stated: flake, pinner whites, and either supremes, cragars, or even cragar star wires.
