Glass tail light lens for a 54 chevy???

I know i'm probably dreaming, but anyone know if these are made or were made, hope to find something bubble (lee lens), or a way of making something. melted my lee lens at the hunnert car pile up...don't ask how...

 

Originals were plastic! Never seen gl*** for a 54.......OLDBEET

PBR i hade the same thing happen to my 53's at the pile-up. Sitting in line for 30 minutes riding the brakes melted the lenses right out! Time for LED bulbs. Cl***ic chevy has the LEE lenses.

 

my problem was from gas flowing outta the tailpipes and them damn spark plugs in the tailpipes...stupid me

 

I cut out the tailight sockets and sunk them about 3/4" into the bulb-holder. this moved the bulbs away from my lees leens and keeps it from getting too hot.

Because of the way i tunneled my taillight's, i have to do the same thing.
They would clear, but figured the heat would ruin the lenses because they would be pretty close.
Thanks for posting this, i'm glad i got a heads up..

 

if u want some 50 chevy gl*** lenes im taking mine off my car here soon. they have gl*** blue dots in them too. let me know

All the inner lenses on my 53 got metled, so i put in a smaller bulb.
