New England Mercury Dealers drag car, and a midget!

Was just up in M*** and saw this. Mercury Cyclone 427! New England Merc Dealers car? look at all the winner stickers in the qtr window! Any of you know anything about it? And around the corner was this lil midget.

Don't know why but for some reason I was expecting a picture of a "little person"
