It's not expensive to fly from mid-Europe to Finland, and all you Swedish HAMBers; ferry from Stockholm comes to Turku where this happening is held, so you can't get even badly lost; happening takes place less than 4km from harbour!

Date is closer now. Dunno if here will be more info: http://www.kustomshowfinland.com/ but at least there´s a flyer. I saw 150 000 paper versions of that about one mounth ago and was really amazed! They have been sent all over the Europe. Volunteers has been sanghaied (?) and sound equipments have chosen. So let the party come.
So, at last we put big wheels to spin- we got the change to look the place. On sunny afternoon everything looked really nice. Show will be a day show and be open about from 12 to 4 pm. We are looking for pre -63 cars to show. There are quite narrow roads to hill where the stadion is so we hope cars will stay on their place that time! Remember that place is in the middle of the City. It wouldn´t be too easy to drive on walking crowd. Band will start to play about 1 or 2 o´cklock. They will have the new blonde with them, I hope. Thanks for the nice show and sauna-like-temperature! My neck is still red and everytime i see my Buick i wanna lower the roof. Kustom shows do grow seeds in oily minds. Nice seeing you all everybody and so many arctic pin(head)stripers in full mode (they had a lot of work to do!). Lot of kool kustoms and hot rods, a huge amount of really great bikes and of course, the twisting bicycle class!! Hope to see you soon / Ola
