Anyone heard anything about Poston Buick? I purchased a cam kit for my 401 Nailhead last November. I recieved everything, lifters valvesprings etc... except i didnt get the cam. I repededly called them and they said thet couldnt find cam blanks to grind them. Finally 2 months ago I talked to them and they said they would credit me for the cam. I never got it. Now their website is down and their phone # is not in service!!! I think I just got screwed for around $200!!! Anyone know anything??

thanks ZMAN but, unfortunately, it went straight to a mailbox, never said Poston Buick or anything. The automated message said the mailbox was full....not a good sign.

See if your credit card company is willing to step in and help.

If you didn't receive it and paid with a credit card you can dispute the charge. Even if they cant recoup the money from a defunct business, they will credit your account. If they give you a runaround, run a balance close to the disputed amount, then call them again with all of the dates/people you talked about the situation with, and summarize the situation to their representative again, insist, not ask, that they cancel your card. Period. Then they will bend over backwards for you. They want you to keep your card. Ask me how I know.

I recently purchased a rebuilt Harmonic Balancer from Poston, I was planning on returning the old balancer for a core depost return of $40.00. I guess I can kiss my extra $40.00 good bye.
