Folks Of Interest ot: Seeking H.A.M.B. Artist Permission

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by shadowmtkustomz, Aug 15, 2009.

  1. I found this on the H.A.M.B. a few years ago and it has been my favorite piece ever since. I like it so much that I would like to get it as a tattoo. I want to get permission from the artist first, but it's been so long ,I don't remember who did it. Does anyone know who the artist is and can point me in the right direction? I really appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Vince

Maybe Lead Sled Olds; the pinstripe work looks like some of his T-shirt designs.

Really stand up guy here! Super cool that he asked to use it. This one one of my first designs to ever be put on a shirt. Was actually sold here on the HAMB by PDXLefty...don't really know whatever happened to that guy though.

So did you give him your blessing to use it to grace his body into old age? Inquiring minds want to know.......

  16. He did. Here's how it came out. Tattooed by Ian Carder at Forever Tattoo, Sacramento, CA. Finished it a couple hours ago. About 9 hours total split between two sessions. I would highly recommend Forever Tattoo, totally top notch guys.
