No these are not strippers, well at least at present, and they are actually all professionally trained studio dancers who really can dance. They are rockabilly pinup dolls that are models, so put some costumes on them and you have a WICKED and POTENT presentation!!
All the more reason to come see them in person.....

Dont worry, there will be a boat load of pics. Mostly of beautiful ladies! Also we will have pictures and commentary in the September issue of HOTTEST Magazine, and "Metromix" the online version of the entertainment section of the Tucson Citizen and a feature article in the Magazine "Pinup Perfection" coming out in September!

Secondly, look for pictures of the Arizona Voodoo Kittens in the Fall issue of Rockabilly Magazine coming out in October!!!

We are gettin a load of press!

Is this going to be more than a once a year event? Monthly possibly?

I thought rockabilly was a type of music. Will you have any downhome blues kittens performing risque dance moves ? Hope you have a real gone rockabilly time. :)

  17. Wow!, Thanks for the GENEROUS headsup. You post this 3 days before the show? I would have liked to vend but now it's too late to get organized. I might drive up and see what shows up. The Kon Tiki is cool but the guys running it are jerks.

The Tiki Exotika is the Arizona Voodoo Kittens event for this month. We have an event or an appearance scheduled every month through December. I will be posting our monthly events on the HAMB events board.
All events are either in Tucson or Phoenix right now.

Fortunately for us the current owner/manager, Louie, has been nothing but accommodating and coopertive in planning this show. That is why we are so excited about it. He has given us 110% and thats why its gonna be a blast.......so you all better come by and check it out for a bit. See you soon I hope!

Sorry about the short notice. Had a quick light bulb about posting it on here. We would love for you to be a vendor at our next show in Phoenix, HOT ROD O RAMA on Sept. 19th. Hit me back with you details doll! Will be puttin up the flyer for that in the next few days.

  24. Why are freaking out over the name of a show? This name has been used in Tucson since the early 90's when I was booking a show that happened once a year at Congress Hotel well before your show in WA. Besides you are at the other end of the US from Arizona and I don't think anyone here on the HAMB is going to confuse the two. I remember when Curpspeed put on the first show and that was well after I had been doing the shows in Tucson for a couple years and I never saw a problem with Curbspeed using the name. I changed the name a few years later to Greaseball and I contacted the guys that ran the Greaseball in San Francisco and they had no problem with me using the name since we were geographically so far apart. It furthers the sport for all of us.
