I went to clean out my radiator today and guess what I found ....... holy shit 6 shelled peanuts....... either the guy who put it in before me was having a snack or a squirrel has hiding them for the winter .......... and this isn't a joke no shit peanuts
my dad found a pack of fire crackers in the gas tank of a 59 f100 shortbed we used to have. we lit them on my backporch and they were loud!
I pulled a 65 F100 out of a field once and the radiator and exhausts were completely packed full of pecan shells and rat shit. At least 10-15 pounds worth. Ran great after cleaned up.
I picked up a 30 model A gastank one time and went to cut it in half with a cutoff blade and there had to be 30 lbs of ratshit in there.
I started driving my Dad's 1988 S-10 about a year after he died. The first day I drove it it started smoking white smoke. Smelled a little like a wood fire. Thought it was a head gasket. Took it to my mechanic. He called the next day and said he know what the problem was. He was driving it and his son saw something shoot from the exhaust pipe. It was a whole pecan. The exhaust was full of pecans from the mice. It was shooting pecans all over the street. Cleaned it out and it ran fine.
You would not believe the amount of stuff that I got out of a 56 radiator that the Ebay liar claimed held water. The upper tank must have been the mouse condominium with the lower tank the pantry for the whole compound. It was packed solid. I finally just threw in the towel.
