Projects Help for a newbie

    OK so everyone warned me about not over heating my projects. But like the newbie I am, I over estimated what that entailed. I have over heated the roof of my '56 Studebaker Pickup. I think it's called tin canning? Now my roof is pretty deformed and when I try to straighten it in one spot, The other spot moves. What can I do?:confused:
     
  2. you have apparently stretched the metal, what you need to do is shrink it. there have been many posts on this , if i wasn't so lazy right now i would look for some myself. also, take some good photos and post them so we can all see what you are up against

    be sure you know what you are doing when you do the shrinking because you can make a bad thing worse

    www.photobucket.com is the best for picture hosting. After you upload they even give you the image code to use. It's under the picture after you upload.
