Hi there Hambers ! ! I just got a new gas tank in the mail for my roadster, It is just a plain steel box with a gas tank cap and a small hole in the top. What do I need to do to get it ready to install and add gas? Does it need a coating of anything on the inside? Any help you can give would be great ! ! ! Thanks, Ben
wash it out with a bit of clean gas in case there's any shit in it don't leave gas in it until you are ready to use it. If you keep it topped up it won't get any condensation in it and that's it unless you want to coat in some sort of epoxy coating Rob
