A local visit from the 2 lane Blacktop Chevy

Just saw this in our local paper this morning. JT lives in the area and is doing a week long concert series at Tanglewood,so the owner brought the Two Lane Blacktop '55 Chevy up from Maryland to show it to him. Cool !

Too bad the mechanic, Denny Wilson, isn't with us any longer. Nice story!

 

Would the owner be Denny from Md. Walt Bailey owns one of the movie cars, I'd like to know the whole story of these cars, I think there is a website about this subject.
