Need your thoughts on using a GEO master cylinder on a street rod(48 chevy w/250 6 cyl)

  2. it would depend on what you are using for brakes AND IF it would be compatible with them. from what i can find online , i believe the bore is .8125

You are probably going to need a 1" m/c. The Geo part is too small.

Without PB you need about a 1" bore MC. In other words I think you will find excessive pedal travel using that cylinder.

I kinda thought the bore size was too small, but have seen street rods that use this setup. the booster is small and with me using a clifford research 4 bbl manifold i don't have room for a large booster.

Why did you give your post the (Customs) header tag?
