I know people are going to get offended but I cant help it. I am not on the computer very much as I have to much to do in the shop but I went to to hAMB drags and was sick at the cars I saw there it looked like a nhra or a good guys event I mean wide tires ad billet give me a break you just dont get it if you showed up in that crap!!! I know there has already been a thread about this topic and that guy is right. This is my first thread because this is the first thing I have felt strong enough to sit in front of the computer and write about instead of turning a wrench. I can deal with the (rat rod) guys before I can deal with wide tires and billet. I missed the first two drags but have been at the rest but if these are the cars and trucks that are going to be there this was my last.

OK, but this is the intro section. I realize you aren't too computer savvy and that is fine. But, this maybe isn't the optimal way to introduce yourself or get your point across. At lot of people don't pay much attention to the intro's. So, likely not many are reading this post either so not as effective as you might like it to be for the strong feelings you would like to express. I don't pay mush attention to the intro's myself either, but the odd title caught my eye and I was thinking what a strange intro, let me check that one out. So, maybe it was somewhat affective in that regard. But, still, I might suggest editing your original post and making an intro and then reposting your message in the general discussion area. more people will read that and chime in if they want. Or maybe even better, check for that other posting mentioned and join in with a comment on that one. Personally, I didn't go to the drags, so can't offer any comments on that part. But, one other suggestion, if you want the drags to be more traditional, maybe help participate more if possible and get more cars you think are appropriate to be there. maybe even offer help directly to Ryan and see what you can do on your part. The hamb is a lot about actual participation as much as observation, either on the computer or in real life. The drags are a real life part and sometimes real life just isn't as perfect as it is on the computer.
