I know the photos are a lot of work, so thanks for taking your time to do them. It allows us to pay a tribute (*in our own strange way)to whoever took the ime to stash this stuff instead of junking it. Please p*** our high five (or hug) to whoever you are helping, either by purchase or in their place. Looking at this stuff makes me smile and the conversations it starts!!

  21. Hey Star, I just remembered that there will be no swap at the pileup this year, but with all of this stuff you could, support the swap singlehandedly.

If you did think of bringing anything out to sell or distribute, theres the lions swap in morris the very next day. an excellent swap.

I think perhaps a little more patience is in order? That's why I suggested earlier that if I was Star I would have waited a little longer before making the announcement; until I had time to organize, catalogue, and decide what was staying what was going.

It would not have cut down on the marriage proposals but it would have cut down on the "hurry up" posts. I also know how hard it is to contain the news of a good barn find, so I don't fault her at all for sharing her excitement. There are pluses and minuses to every decision.

Haven't been actively following this, but just got done going through. Hell of a find, *****le, and good on you for helping a friend out.
So.......how does it "feel" in there? Can you feel the history and stories wanting to get out into the light?
and I won't try the transparent marriage proposal, because as Reba sang, "you came along, one promise too late", besides......you'd probably throw rocks at this old guy.

Yep, here it comes, and I feel like a vulture doing it, but..........
Page 1, the pics of the badges from the post touring club. If you happen to have an extra dated 1924, I'm interested. (It would be a shame to break up that set.)
Sparkly steering wheels, a green one first choice, second, that grayish? one on top, left pic.
Either of those cast rib coils 12V?

    When you get time........

A few more goodies for y'all....

On the large Firestone sign please note that it is almost as long as my truck... the little blue sign is resting on the lawnmower for relative size. Not that size always matters.:rolleyes::D

Amazing stuff here lately!! I am having so much fun! :p
