I know this APPEARS off topic, but it's not really:D:eek::eek::rolleyes:
I'm asking for some words of wisdom about the compressors used for the modern airbags. I use airbags on my FED trailer to tilt the deck and would really like to install a pump (presently have 2 air tanks) - only problem I don't know much about them.

Can anyone point me in the direction of:

Which manufactures produce a GOOD pump?

What should I pay for one - I will no doubtedly search Ebay first?

Any other pertinent info is always appreciated.

    Thanks

no need to spend good money for VAIR..

    these will work fine..

you'll need to modify the dryer slightly to accept a pipe thread push to connect..

I have bought these pumps for less than 10 each..

I do understand that "yard parts" can be great for $10 or so, but I would buy a Viair 380 and be done with it. JMO

viair is in my opinion the best,or an oasis is super bad***, buy a compressor alot bigger than you need so it does'nt have to work as hard and it will last alot longer for you, and resist the urge to buy cheap, the cheap ones do not last!! you can also put a small oiler on an a/c compressor and you/ can fill a ten gallon tank in about a minute.
