Sept. 11-12 Stray kat Starliner Wichita,ks Whos ready for the show to be held at the aviation museum. Will be a great time for all to be sitting with the planes. Heres a few pics from a trip we took a few months ago thanks Travis

What's the friday schedule?

 

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but we pick up maps when we check in at the host hotel, tour the shops in the afternoon, I ***ume there will be directions to Jack's house for the Bar-B-Que and party on Friday night. Far as I know, that's it.

BBQ at Jacks? now i'm interested. Also our church ( Faith Lutheran in Derby) is having it's annual car show on the 12th. Will run from 10-2 if you want to stop by.

Why is it that some weekends there is nuthin going on, then the next weekend you find yourself wondering which one ya wanna go to? The Cessna show is also that day, the 12th. I am going to enter my Regal there, but spend most of the day at the Starliner, I sure am glad I bought a new smart card for my camera! I am gonna be reeeeeal busy that day. Hope my camera will take it!!! LOL

The Starliner is coming together we've ben working hard getting everything ready
and Jack Yblock292 has been a lot of help. He has organized a garage Krawl that
should be kool. Our stops don't have set times because I want Kustoms and Hot
Rods all over town.

I'll post the artwork for the show a little bit later today.


The schedule for the weekend is:


Registration will start at Friday at 9:00 am at the Holiday Inn Express I-35 and 48th st.


Garage Krawl will start at 10:00am and will end at 4:00 pm

When you go through registration we will give you a (user friendly) map to all of our stops.

Our last stop (Jack Maranelli’s aka Yblock292 shop) we will have a free feed and it will start
around 6:00 pm.


Saturday we will be at the Aviation Museum and registation will be at 7:00 am for the power parkers.

I kan't wait to see this place fileld with Kustoms and Hot Rods. I can just imagine how kool the photo ops....








At 10:00 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm we will be firing up a B-52 engine that they have
out on display. I can’t wait to hear her fire up! I’ve been told that she is really kool.


The Rumblejetts from Kansas City will perform at 1:00 and will play until 3:00 pm

Trophies will follow the Rumblejetts and the show will end at or around 4:00 pm.


Hopefully this will give you an idea what to expect. So far we’ve had good feedback concerning the Starliner and we are looking forward to many kool years ahead.

I have my award just about done. I wouldn't clean up Jack. Me and the buddies will be there for it all.

Looks like I will be coming up on Saturday. May be bringing the T on a trailer (Horrors!) but have some large parts to deliver to the show.

 

I'm not against trailers. I like to drive them like anyone else but they're
is a kool time and a reason for a trailer. The important thing, are we
having fun.

I nixed the cheesecake idea Jack, to messy and to darn hard to make, HOWEVER I will bring my A'Gratin Potatoes (son calls em old rotten taters, but if I let him, he'd eat the whole thing himself) and our killer chocolate chip/peanut ****er cookies, according to my great neices and nephews they are better than any old cheesecake anyday. Need anything else?
