It's $30 dollars to get you and your car in for the day, or $45 for both days including a p***enger. $12 dollars for spectators each day or $20 for both days.

Not much of a show for the $42.00 and being called a "Nationals".My first and last.People ***** at the price of the Tyrods but there are way more and cooler cars and you get a T shirt and mug with cool artwork.

I go to York, Lake George and Burlington all weekend events well worth the money. Hotel food and gas over $1,000. But with venders and lots of things to do. Sitting in a hotel parking lot for two days for $42?

Actually I Dont work for the show at all- the promoter is a good friend so I help him get the word out about the show.I think the location is a good one- close to good food and easy off the highway.

Problem with the 'Nationals"? Well Ive been told by events that are much larger- to be a Nationals , you just need people from multi states and I think at least 3-4 were represented if not more.

A show is what you make it guys- if you didnt like the cars there- BRING your own and ask some pals who have cars you like to bring theirs as well- tell people to attend-Not every show out there started off with 1000 cars- remember that. Get the word out .

As for cost, location or other gripe- if you attended and want to provide feedback to the promoter- send him an email (rick@shocar***ociation.com )and let him know what you didnt like and what you think you can offer for a better suggestion.

*****ing and moaning isnt anything more thn that: *****ing and moaning (No one likes to hear that).

I had a great time because it was relaxing. It was hot on Saturday and Sunday held out the really bad rains - so I got a chance to catch up with people and rest a bit: Something many of us dont get to do much.:p

Not trying to get on a soapbox here but it seems all everyone in New England wants to do is knock people who are trying to keep the hobby going for us around here.

The 2009 Sho Car ***ociation Rod & Custom Nationals is called that because we invite all cars from all states to attend. Cars from as far north as New Brunswick Canada as far west as Iowa and as far south as Richmond Virginia attended. The show went well, we had a number of top show cars from all over the northeast. For those who came thank you we hope to see you next year. We have plans for many new and exciting changes. Check out the website www.shocar***ociation.com We welcome your comments. rick@shocar***ociation.com

    Thanks Rick
