Great website guys! I was on oldgas.com where I indulge my gas pump and sign hobby when public enemy mentioned this site. I now look at it more than oldgas because of all the great cars and info! I've posted a pic of my Merc, not much compared to most of the cars on here but I like it. Also included some pumps and signs. I'm working on my first car now (68 Cougar) but this site has me wanting to build a rat rod because it doesn't have to be pretty and you can do whatever you want to it. Love this site!!!!

Welcome from the West, nice Merc, but stay away from the RR talk, unless you're talking trains! Folks here tend to follow the old school traditional line. Enjoy the site and happy motoring.

  8. Welcome from Rockmart! Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks to your Merc! FWIW, there's a '55 Merc hardtop at Summerville's Junkyard near Aragon, too far gone to save but still a lot of good parts on it. Don't know if I'll get Henrietta's transmission back in soon enough to get to the Cartersville cruise this Saturday, if I do perhaps I'll see you there. Sure would like for you to bring your Merc to our cruise on the second Saturday at Slate Market Grill in Rockmart. I'll look for your Merc at the Dallas cruise on the 4th Saturday.
