does anyone know how to take the wiper motor and all the wiper stuff out of a 48 plymouth? the two things that hold the wiper blades(don't know the proper name) don't have any screw holding them on. I was gonna cut them off but didn't want to ruin them in case anyone needed them.

Might want to think twice about filling those holes. Most of the electric wiper kits that I have seen use the stock holes. To remove the wipers, just lean them back from the windshield and look near the base of the arm. You'll see a little "tag" or "flag" sticking out by the base where the arm connects. Hold a small screwdriver along the the arm and use the tip to push down that "flag". Pull up on the arm as you depress the "flag" and your wiper should pop off the car. By the way, that is how you remove a wiper from most cars. As I said though, think about holding on to your arms and any trim parts you take off, 'cause it ****s mightily when you need to find replacements when you change your mind later. P.S. I've been driving mine everyday for 15 years now without wipers, just lots of RAIN-EX.

Pry the wiper arm from the back side at the wiper shaft coming through the cowl . Just use a screw driver or something for leverage and lift up on the wiper arm itself . You'll find it will just pop right off for you . Everything on the underside is self explanitory once you gain access to the area . Any further help just send me a pm . Good luck ! Mike
