Need Help To ID These Odd Wheels

I have never seen any like this the tire size reads 5.25-20 and the bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5 old dodge pattern and they are not split rims thanks...

 

Dodge Truck folks sometimes mistake em for Divcos

 

Two questions:

1) What's the inside diameter of the rims?

and

2) Are they hard to find/expensive?

 

something off a old farm trailer? i do recall some similar wheels on a old trailer in the apple orchard that was used to move wooden props around.

 

here is another strange dodge wheel. weird part they,re 6 lug.

 

20" Dodge high clearance wheels - made 18's and 20's. Similar to the Ford and Chevy 18's that are so highly sought after.
