Ok well while out and about with my brother and his wife this last saturday and enjoying some garage sales, I pull up to this sale and as I get out of the car I look across the street at a vintage porche sitting in the driveway and the garage door is also open on one side and sitting in the middle of the open and closed door I see this car just stareing at me and saying come over here and see me, so bam I take off across the street totaly forgetting about the yard sale, so after seeing it's owner pop outside I just had to ask and after 45 minutes latter I was amazed at what I was looking at, so this is a test for you car nuts, who can guess what this car is and who built it.Chris

I saw one of those or very similar at the Fremont Reunion in Sacramento eons ago (89-90?) red and flathead powered.

I think it's call a DiLowry or something like that.

I tell ya what I don't think there's a soal on earth who would be able to pri this thing away from this guy, he has had it in his garge for 8 years and as he tells me he found while looking at a 67 pontiac to build and the guy he got it from said the guy who built it down the sreet from him pushed down to the guys house and gave it to him, not sure what the current owner paid for it but it sure is interesting to say the least, the whole body ,doors and hood and rear deck lid are all fibor glass, he took it I think to pebble beach races once and was asking for info and one of the builders walked up, I never did get the builders name
all I know is he was a Strokers car club guy.Chris

It sure looks a lot like a Woodhill (sic) Wildfire. They had flatheads and the body is very simillar.

Your answer might just be in there somewhere.

Edit: sorry, didn't see TomP64's post. Still a good site, though.

I think Henery29 is correct it's a Devin. I used to have just like it. It came with a 283 chevy and a muncie 4 speed. It had MG frame and rear end.
