Yeah. . .us too. . .drove all the way up from Austin and no love for the Edsel either ;):p. . .and the only grrl in my club to drive up (along with our prospect). . .oh, well, I guess when my grrl is all shiny next year she'll get some photo love. . .or maybe if I put on heels. . .hmm? ;):p

Jes razzin' ya Eric. . .We had an AMAZING time. . .GREAT show and I this is one I will always come up for. . .2nd year was EVEN better than the first. . .Thanks for all your hard work!!!

The show at Trees was phenom, the hotel was outstanding, and the company was GREAT!! Always a pleasure to see y'all! :D

  7. I'd like to thank all yall who came out, the vendors, the registered types, the spectators... I hope everyone had a good time, and I hope the vendors got their money's worth out of the event.

I really need a new set of carbs for the Chevy, that 4-barrel works great but it doesn't look near as cool as a 3x1.

Well, now that I'm fully rested up and no longer sundrunk, I guess we're going to start planning for next year. Thanks again, all yall.

Sorry guys (and gal!), I tried to get pics of most everything.....between running around at the show, I was just glad to get the pictures that I did. And I ran the battery down on the first camera, and had to go to a backup about half way through. I'll try again next year!!! :D

My pleasure, greg. Good to chat with you at the ASS booth as well. They were egging me on to call out "Sexual Octopus", but.... I went with the more family friendly "Merc Truck"

This years Invasion show was as cool as last years. It was loaded with good people and tastefully done cars, trucks and bikes. However, RevHead's '38 Argentinian Ford was one of the coolest (IMO). With it's right side drive, "roadster" cab, old metric gauges, and all around uniqueness it is potentially one of the coolest pick up trucks any of us will ever get a chance to see in person. Thanks for bringin it out George and letting us all get an upclose look at it.
Here a few pic.s I took of it, just incase a few of you didn't notice the little Red Gaucho...
