the HAMB is full of ladies that work on their cars,,,don't understand where you're trying to go with this post....most of em don't feel the need to say "hey look at me, i'm a WOMAN and i work on my own car",,they do it for the exact same reasons we all do...they enjoy it..

I'm here! A custom gal. I've had my ride for 9yrs and yes, I do the maintenance myself.
The customizing ideas have come from me with some help from friends and old 50's custom magazines.
I'm also in the first all girl car club in Los Angeles....Black Widows, established in 2000. The majority of our rides are customized. We all work on our rides and if we do need help, we do go to our men, but we have them teach us while we do the work and learn. We're ladies that don't mind getting dirty. And we do love our rides as much as the guys! But it's a little harder on us because I know I struggle whether I spend money on my ride or my girly vices....haha. Although, most recently it's been all about my ride. I LOVE IT!

Oh, and the custom work has been done by Joseph Garcia at the Drag N Shop in Santa Fe Springs. Will be going back for a little more customizing.

 

I'm here 1 Shot, and I even have your artwork in my shop/bar! It's just to the right of the Miller Lite light and it's one of my favorites. Dirty jeans - it's the new in thing!
