Great pics NF-1. This was in my opinion the best run Dave has put on. Not your run of the mill Sunday drive by any means.. This is the 3rd one i have done since May with my roadster, I would say it is broke in now...

  4. It was a good time, i could have not taken my truck on this run. it was a very hard on the brakes. but i still went i got a chance to ride with my freind , Joe in his 37 pickup. his little truck went through the corners like they wern't there, thanks again Dave , had a blast

Thanks to the Lucky *******(s) we had another great time driving our cars!! Left the hotel @ 6:30am and got home around 8pm... Dave wasnt kidding when he said that this one was going to be tough, I think that may have scared a few away but we still had fun..
Imagine 150 + miles of this..If we werent going up switchbacks we were going down them!! I think at one time I was actually looking forward to interstate 80!

Thanks to Dave and all involved in setting this run up and participating. Like the rest here we had a great time....beautifull and chasllenging roads. Much better than sitting parked somewhere.
I have a few pictures to post, most of them hopefully showing enough of the variety of scenery and roads we travelled.

Might as well send some more....if I don't stay busy I may get into trouble.
A couple of these are from the narrow *** road that Dave had us take so we could get to the cold beer at the end of the run.

What a great run! Thanks, Dave & Marissa. Glad I made it, if only as a p***enger...next time, I'll have my car ready!

It's too bad the Bones Roadhouse (our planned lunch stop in Gualala) burned to the ground just a day or two before the run, but there always has to be some snag. You guys running radical engines, flatheads, and other weird or orphan power sources get a tip 'O my hat...everyone made it, and everyone drove 'em like they stole 'em.

For everyone within driving distance of Santa Rosa, you need to put this run on your list of things you gotta do!

Once again Dave and Marissa have done an outstanding job. Even added a little twist by arranging to have the lunch stop burn down shortly before our arrival. Everyone's cars performed like champs, great group of people. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Now I really feel like the Lucky ******* that I got to spend the day on run like this. You can only imagine how much fun this was -- the video gives you a good feeling for it, but none of the great gas smell and loud exhaust!

Great job of editing on the videos!! The dog was funny (since we were able to avoid him)and you also captured what could have been real ugly with the white 32, hopefully it wasn't as close as it appeared in real time and on the video...
Where is next weekends run;)? Colfax?

Thanks to everyone that came on the run. I think it was one of the best group of cars so far.
Just a really good batch of traditional cars.

I am glad to hear you all had a good time.

And thanks to all of you who took pictures and video, I am always driving up front so I rarely get to see the view from a few cars back.

Yeah, too bad about Bones Roadhouse. I spoke with them the day before it burned down, and my number was in the building so the owner had no way to contact me, so it was a little bit of a surprise to drive up to this scene.

I heard that the owner is planning to rebuild.
Maybe we will end up there for lunch someday.

I really enjoy doing this so we will keep it up.

And anyone interested in going in the future contact me and I'll let you know when we go again.

If I can figure out how to do it I may post a video

See you on the road somewhere
