  2. Is he one of the guys that demonstrates English wheels, bead rollers, shrinker-stretchers, and stuff like that at the big car shows? I think he teaches cl***es on that stuff or something.

He went to that goofy pimp car shop West Coast Customs for a short time. He was smart enough to leave apparently.

Berndt is the one who went to work for WCC's. And the other guy, the swede wasn't Lars. Can't remember his name but it wasn't Lars.

Lars "Lazze" Jannson is the metal shaping guy. And he was on Boyd's show. http://www.lazzemetalshaping.com/
There was another Lars at Boyd's back in the 80's

Is this the guy who shipped a deuce coupe body over here from Sweden, and then did a series in R&C on the build a few years ago?

  12. That is Bo Birtlesen (sp?). He writes articles for R&C from time to time.

I'm thinking the guy we are looking for is Thomas.

Thanks Guys, it may be L***e Johansson... I was introduced to him and thought it was Lars, Seen him many times that year and I heard others calling him Lars.
I KNOW it was not the current guys at Boyd's Not Thomas.
    thanks Racinman

    Lars is friends with Thomas.
You can probably get in touch through Thomas. He was last down in Mexico working on some race cars or something, but that was years ago.
