here is some of the Hot Rod models i've built and the project that's killing me! the '32 roadster and 5 window are recent cars i built. the last one is a replica of the Kelly/Christensen coupe that Gerard asked me to build for him. i was told by Bill Kelly that the car had become like a "millstone" around his neck and that's now what the model has become for me. i love the 1:1 car but just can't finish the 1/25 scale version.

Cool! Thanks for posting. I still have some hot rod models that I put together 50 years ago! They're falling apart now but still look nifty......nailhead "powered" 40 Ford coupe, 32 roadster, c&c hemi-powered 32 coupe , 57 Ranchero, 39 tudor. I'll try to take some pics and post 'em.

Very nice, my hands were never able to do even close to that even when I was a lot younger.

here's some more for you guys. most of these get names, the '40 coupe is the "Thumbnail", the '49 Merc is the "Monkeyed Up Merc". the '49 Ford coupe is what i'd like to build as a 1:1 if i ever find one.

some one had PM'd me about if any were for sale and the short answer is "no". i really can't part with anything i've built. i did put a sectioned '32 coupe up for trade on the TRaK model board in hopes in finding some old Monogram kits i'm after but had no luck. any of you guys here sitting on some old model kit's please let me know.

the other thing is that i'm not into building "commission" projects. i do this for fun and sometimes i won't touch anything for months at a time. i took on the Kelly/Christensen coupe because i love the 1:1 car so much and i never followed through on my part for Gerard. i'm m***ively sorry to him for agreeing to build something i shouldn't have.
