BIG THANK YOU to 4t64rd for the resize! i need to figure out how best to install a '54 Buick grill in my brother's '51 Hudson.thanks-george
Damn George, thats a natural. Looks like it belongs there already. If it was me, from what I see there, I would add a slight eyebrow to the hood and the grill opening where the fenders are. Also bring the fender line straight down to a newly formed lower pan, Molded in of course. Then you could take the exisiting peak in the hood and turn it both ways at the newly formed lip on the hood. The keeps the hood reveal intact and would seem like it always did that. I hope you follow me. 'cause I see it in my head, but the explantion may be alittle foggy And as far as mounting the grill just bring it up maybe 2 inches or so. Then just fill around it. Like I outlined in the first paragraph. I wish I new photoshop I could show you. Someday I need to take the time and figure it out. I think doing stuff like this would be a blast. Mia Ki Ki are your ears burning
