Event Coverage Funny car nationals at US 131

Had a great time at the Funny car nationals with the Great Lakes Gassers. Here are a few pix.

I am still reeling over the top fuel dragster. When he lit the wick on that thing, i felt like i was 8 years old when I saw a top fuel car for the first time. The floppers, f.e.d's and the gassers put on a great show. But the guy on the nitro bike, all I can say is that dude has a set of balls to ride that thing.

That was a great event!!!! I'm sorry my car didn't perform better. We'll be making some changes and go testing later this month.

We went out there Friday night while at the nats. That bike was the wildest thing ever, it was in the 6's at 199 mph. The gassers were cool too!
