Any suggestions on the best way you have or know of for repairing windshield support seam? Please do not suggest finding a rust free cab or roof panel unless you have a roof to spare thx. Just looking for ideas or experiences someone has had and don't mind sharin some knowledge.

    Hey,

I'd suggest you cut a cross section sample of that flange, and have a sheetmetal shop bend you up a couple of 4' runs of it. You can either crown it over a piece of wood, or use a shrinker/stretcher to form the necessary arch.

Be sure to cut ALL the rotted sections out of the Header, Cant & Backlight Rails, and replace them with good metal. If you don't, the rust will only spread further!
