32 roadster windshield

I'm looking for a good source for a 32 roadster windshield chopped 3 inches ....I know Lobeck sells one , any others ?

I bought mine from Lobecks, only one who sold the 3" chop then.

I know Brookville sells them now.

 

Anyone have a current price for a Brookville............Lobeck's? I already have the stanchions (Lobeck) so just need the frame.

$900? Wow, just get a stock one and cut it.

 

You actually need to know which windshields will fit the width of your body. The Brookvilles are narrow and the speedways are wider. The speedway fit my gennie car. I bought a stock heigth one and cut it 3". You know to cut the top bar too and make new corner angles? The swivel posts come in gennie style and repo style. I made the corners to fit the ginnie style. Also, move the windshield up about a 1/2 or better so it fits and clears the cowl and weld tabs on the upper stantions to keep it in place at high speed.

 

I need this for a gl*** car ............

 

Mine came from Brookville. Haven't mounted it yet though.

Lobecks price for just the 3" chopped frame is $308. To have it plated by Jon Wright at Custom Chrome Plating (through Lobeck) it runs $300 extra. The plating is perfect from Jon.
