    Here's some photo's I just took.

The car is pretty solid with rot only on the driver side bottom.

My pal threw the T on his trailer and headed to my house which is only 5 miles away. About 5 minutes later he gives me a call and says one of the rear wooden spoked wheels blew apart and the T almost bounced off the trailer! He's a kidder and at first I didn't believe him, sure as **** the rear of car actually bounced over the trailer wheels and was balancing on the pumpkin! There was no damage just a little extra firewood for the upcoming months.

Found a few more details on the car. It's a '25 slant window model, all of the tires were replaced before it was put on the roof...too bad though because they do have signs of cracking.

i enjoyed hearing about this on sunday. i am surprised you got it down so quickly. cool little car. incredible that it's so well preserved after being outside, up on a roof for so long.

With the car only being 5 miles from your house, How many times have you driven by it thinking about getting it down and hot rodding it?

Cool score! However, do you know how many old-timer locals will have to adapt the directions they give? "You'll go past a building where an old Model T used to be on the roof" just isn't going to have the same zing.

    Henry,

Every time I drove by the car I thought that. It is kind of strange not seeing the car there any more, I used to look at it and daydream about what I would do to it if I had it.

Some good ideas here, I really like the Aldrich T.

Horton, looks like an A ch***is under yours. I was thinking the same thing on mine because I was going to remove the T front and rear and plop A stuff in there anyways then flatten the front crossmember.
