My name is james york from Canton,TX. I was recently introduced to this forum by an aquaintance i met dealing with my newly aquired 54 bel-air 4dr. My father is old school mild custom thru and thru. i can't remember a time we didn't have 6-8 old cars around the house. most were family cars, such as my great grandmothers 55 pontiac starchief (v8 auto). i have dabbled in a few, but finally got one i can be proud of. i have lots of questions and was told this was the place to get answers, maybe not correct, or what i want to hear, but i know they will come. Thanks for having a place where guys like me who want to share the love and continue the tradition can go and talk to other like minded car guys.
