55 Gasser in White Lake Mi

    Who owns the sick sounding chevy around the block from me? I hear it thumpin through the neighborhood at night. I'm new to the neighborhood. Come over and drink a beer sometime. :D

    There are a couple of them around. We were out last night with a black and silver 55 gasser style making some noise. My favorite though is the black one "Injecticide" that has a tendency to disturb the peace. Better to hear that music than a thumping stereo or some rice-burner, don't you think?-Jim

    I'll take a lumpy cam echoing through open pipes any time over a ricer or a boom-boom stereo. I think the chevy in my neighborhood is the grey and black one. It has a custom grille with holes.

    Its good to know you guys are around here.

    Don't know if you are new to the area or just the White Lake neighborhood but Bakers on Milford Road (half way between the town of Milford and I-96) on Sunday afternoons generally has quite a few real nice cars show up. The season though is winding down. Thank God there are a bunch of great cars and car shows/cruise-ins around here. There are so many it is hard for me to get any work done in the barn in the warm weather.-Jim
