So, I'm bored. I wanna take the truck out. I'm flyin solo tonite, the daughter is at her moms and comes home tomorrow. I guess I could drive to Woodward and cruise for a bit but it's 45 minutes away just to get there. I took a ride up Telegraph last night and it seemed I was the only one out. The weather was great, cool but clear. It just seems, for such a car town, there isn't much goin on weekends. Maybe I'm just out of the loop,lol. There is always the 50's style Mcdonalds in Dearborn Heights, but it's mostly muscle car guys and a couple t-buckets. Any westsiders got any suggestions? Somewhere I dont know about?
I have the same problem. I have thought it would be cool to get together at Chins in Livonia on Saturday evenings. It's a cool old Tiki/Chinesejoint that's been therer since the 50's.
go further down telegraph to the big parking lot in taylor. its a gym called reps. lots of cars there on friday and saturday nights.
I grew up down the street from there. Telegraph and Wick area. Went past there tonite, didn't see much.

Same here, rolled down to the Burger King cruise night in Southgate but not alot happening so tooled home and thought about pullin the engine to clean it up all day sunday. Anything going on around here tomorrow?

GREAT live band and everything. Best house party I've been to in years. You would have been more then welcome. HAMB dinner at Chin's sounds like fun. It's about 1 mile from my place
