Great day of good racing, good turnout on the car show, the 422 gang, Mandra, and of course my fave, the 55 BelAir straight axle. Had a good talk with those guys, two brothers both with 55's running 10.70's, the Belair was a four speed, the custom stainless headers were top gun, I will have him build my headers. The Jewel Blue early Corvette in the car show and the restored 63 Impala were two others on my list of quality cars. It is always a pleasure to talk to Gregg and Butch with the Reunion Chevy, also Carl and Allen with their awesome 62 409's. Should have brought the camera. Anyway, we hung around to see my co-worker Tim run mid 9's in his 70' Monte Carlo then headed home with Jerry to talk of plans to get our cars ready. It was a very good day!.

ahh..I did all the louvers on that thing a couple of years ago..haven't seen that thing since. I was wondering what happened to it.....very cool. Thanks for posting..ha
