I could have been worse ! Now, you will just need to make an insurance claim :)

  3. Even if it did have insurance how would you explain to the adjuster what that pile of sheet metal is worth.

I got three of them in the last 10 years, I love my home state!

That ****s, glad you're alright and it just got the vicky instead of your tow vehicle with you in it!

They really are just cars after all.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen well intentioned people almost go into a ditch or oncoming traffic just to avoid hitting a squirrel.

When I worked in the oilfield they'd put these huge pipe 'brush guards' on the front of all the vehicles because too many had gotten damaged hitting animals.

I was driving through Arkansas I think and saw this ladys car just moments after she hit a deer. it about looked like she'd hit a tree, the damage was so bad.

  6. I hate it when that happens. That bites Jeff. I almost hit one with my Merc but bounced his date off the left fender. Minor damage but still scares the **** out of you. The deer must have popped your Vicky pretty good. Good thing you're ok.

yep, definately and early car, its got an early cowl vent, early firewal, early k memeber legs with the pedal box built into it, early front crossmember, no rear frame strengtheners, its also got an early indented dash, its was a damn neat car in its day.

That really ****s!.. I live in a wooded area with an overpopulated deer population. Them damn things are always darting out of the woods and onto the roadway. I have already hit two. It hit one with a 63 Beetle I drove in high school right after I painted it. I messed up the whole front end. Oh well, at least no one got hurt and the deer paid deerly.....
