To get this post back to what it was supposed to be all about...

A wonderful chopped 1940 Ford coupe.. I know chopping the top on a 1940 Ford coupe is not everybody's cup of thee....
But this one is extremely nicely done. And I really like it with its 56 Olds hubcaps and no skirts in the back...

And another proof that Briz bumpers can look good when used wisely!

    Terry Roberts car...

I'm pretty sure they are not, and definitely not the Hottest Kustoms Lately.

lmao, I love the noobies sometimes... clueless as they are...

they can, or they'll just make us sweat it out...

Perhaps Rikster, our resident kustom expert, should explain to Meech, via this forum, exactly what a "kustom" is...and a new 300C is NOT a kustom, nor are '33 Ford roadsters, Camaros or Citreons...!!!

Man this 55 is to die for! The interio is soooooo kool!
Was it the one on Garage mag last month?
Anyway, i think that this Swedish shoebox will become something
rather impresive, it actually already is, but it aint finished yet.
Then i also think this carson topped chevy is very very nice, someone
on this very board said its top aint right and the car doesnt look good,
but in my opinion its stunning.
Back to the states, a car and a builder i only discovered recntly,
ive been astonished by many of his creations but never knew who he was.
This is Jason Graham built ?37? Nash Lafaiette Kustom, if i had this
car i would call it quit, sell everythingelse and drive the shit outta it
until the day i die...im startin to think that maybe taildraggers are
my thing, but it doesnt matter how amny years you pass into this hobby,
there will always be more than a favorite car..

  27. Yes! No one could have said it better...
Great choices. Gives me inspiration to go out and work with my 1/1 Kustom model kit!
Only a few parts missing now and I've begun cutting up some parts...

They must be the same car... the primer one... oh wait both photos are in primer... eh the gray primer one had those over used 59 Caddy taillights as well.

I had hopes for a nice gloss paint job.. and solid hood sides, and a real stance... Oh well I can still dream about it.

It does show these Nashes can look cool.

  30. That Nash works really well. I'm no fan of that exhaust method or the Caddy tails (grateful there's one one each side), but it's still a very attractive custom with a modern twist.

Rikster I think that chopped '40 poses an interesting question: it's well done, but has the chop made that car any better looking? My vote is no. I'm sure others will disagree!
