Being 59 and driving a 59 is not bad. We're both in good shape and have a lot of miles left in us. Going to enjoy this last year in the 50's, as next year I officially become an old fart.

    Happy Birthday!

I didn't realize the barrier was 60 to becoming an OF, I was always told it was 70.

  3. You officially become a FOP when you purchase a new Cadillac.

happy birthday, speaking of 50 yrs, I went into the navy 50 yrs ago this past June.........time flies... my ride is not as old as me, that would take a 41 but I do have something in my ride that reflects the yr 59, my chevy steering wheel plus I graduated from high school in 59.............

59 was a great yr, seems like only yesterday..
have a great birthday and keep on crusin

I know what you mean . I am 55 and drive a 55 Ford . Never really thought about it , I just bought the car I liked ! Well it's only for one year !

Does this mean we can buy a car the same as our age now ever year ?
I really don't think my wife will go for that one !

You'll have to crank the radio and play "59" by Brian Setzer.

    Happy birthday mate!
