I also got these Ansen wheels. The rears are 15x10 with probably 50 miles on them. The fronts are 15x5 1/2, and were never mounted.

Saw this one at Puyallup and stopped in my tracks. I'm glad I didn't know it was for sale 'cause I have no room for another car (truck!).

By the way: WOW! It's gotta' feel good to know that's in your garage. Shades of Harry Luzader's drag coupe.

I originally wanted to build a cl***ic 60's style deuce, but there's too many good parts here not to just put it back together like it was. The Hemi only had about 500 miles on the rebuild when it was parked. So the plan is to do a tear down for inspection and put it back together and run it just like it is.

  14. Very nice find! I found one similar about 9 years ago for a friend who was looking. 5W's are not my thing or I would have kept it - it was really complete and pretty nice.

I PMd Tim and went to see his new Deuce this morning--it was a good excuse to get the '55 out on such a nice day and to meet another HAMBer. This 32 is a time machine for sure. The 392 with the "Why-and" intake is the icing on the cake. Great to meet you Tim!

I admit 32's aren't my thing, but finding any car in that great condtion with those parts, I would have sold other cars to get that one. Theres just something about finding a car that has proof of racing just once that makes it cool.

    Looks good!

Got my 5w on the road this summer, no paint, interior, gl*** etc but drives great.

Took it for gas tonight (petrol we call it!) - gets people talking when you pull in to a garage over here, not many Deuces in Scotland.

  19. 32s are everybody's thing, even if you don't know it. That's like saying, big ***s aren't my thing. Silly.

  20. It's one thing to jab the knife in...but to keep twisting it? Ouch!!!!!!
