What header, exhaust manifold to use when putting in a 302. Need something that will clear CPP 302 crossmember, and steering box in original location.

Do you want to know about headers, exhaust manifolds, or either one? I had no issues with the stock (early 70's) manifolds in my 58 w/ a '73 302. I have since installed a 351W and that's another story. I have an 86 302 driver's manifold that looks like it should run the exhaust over the steering box. Otherwise, I have seen on the Ford-Trucks website, that Sanderson's FF2 (I think) headers might work.

I know this doesn't help much but I'm running a CPP crossmember and Sanderson headers on my 60 with a 460 and they fit fine. Check with Sanderson, they build nice stuff.
