Maybe I'll put them in the art show this week.

An FNG's first post, askin for a pic of the shirt! Not even an introduction post yet! Does this seem kind wierd to anyone but me? Knock off shirts maybe? Sorry if I'm off base here but just seems odd to me.

That's funny you should mention that, over the weekend I saw what I thought was a non-black t-shirt, with a not red and cream colored design, Hunnert Car PileUp t-shirt while at the NSRA event in Kzoo. Took a minute to register and I turned around and he was gone.

I have a white #6 t-shirt that I got at the Pileup last year, they were leftovers. But This just seemed like he was hunting for something specific, ya know. His profile has real limited information as well. Maybe it's just me, I dont know.

Denise, that was probably the Hunnert Car Heads Up shirt. It's navy blue. I'm working on postcards for the 2010 Heads Up. Should have them at the Pileup.

Was it a blue shirt with orange and cream lettering and a Willys gasser on it? That was the Hunnert Car Heads-Up 2009 shirt. Some people did get it confused, but it was a totally different event, logo, and design. It was drawn by the same artist (Django) and had the same font as the Pileup designs, but otherwise totally different.

Just a quick legal statement for those that want to rip off designs.. we have a lawyer.. a really good one.. the graphics and names and slogans for the pileup and things related to it are trademarked and copyrighted.. things like logos for each show.. the name hunnert car pileup.. midwests greasiest hotrod show etc.. we are a not for profit that protects its brand.

so if we see it.. we will come after you.. (and after the smoke clears.. we will donate your money to a charity that you don't like)

Not to mention.. i am not above driving across the USA to kick someones ass.

    :)

Should be a good show guys.. the bar is primed.. i am going there this sat night for the Grundy County Corn Festival.. 35,000 drunk people in town.

I think it probably was a harmless request. But I think I will stick to the plan and not reveal the design until the show. However, if you know the right places to look, it is posted somewhere, if you know where to look.

After Corn Fest, the Pile-Up crowd probably seems sedate. We tend to self police.

I was talking with the fairgrounds people again today.. they have plans to build a 'RV Park" way out back of the racetrack for people to bring RV's and campers for the events.. with water and electricity etc... said it should be finished by next summer... that bodes well for the camper crowd, we hate doing what we did this year, keeping them out, but space was an issue.

anyway, I only have a couple little things left to do on my list..

Cant wait to see all you chuckleheads.. and don't make me whip out my "I don't want to sound like a dick, but,..." line on anyone. :)

    Your kidding right?

    May 1st TorqueFest
    May 8th, your gig
    May 14th-16th Jalopy Showdown
    May 21st-25th Rust Revival
May 28-30 Santa Maria (I guess doesn't effect alot in the Mid-west but me and Megan)

Plus I know of one other major one in the midwest that's going to go down in May but hasn't been announced yet. 5 weekends in a row already, somethings got to go.:(
