Christine hands down! if you don't agree with me, I will send her your way and you can try to reason with her! good luck....
Is the next poll going to be about which of Charlie's Angels was the ***iest one? Or will we debate which band was the best - out of Menudo, New Kids On The Block or The Partridge Family? I mean come on, stuff like this you're going to get as many different answers as different people have different opinions.
exactly. I mean give me a brake. A magic stocker, a **** ugly five five with a mail box bolted to the hood and a '90s style merc. Ask us a question about something that remotely counts as traditional. Maybe we can have some real drama.
thats actually pretty tough. it would be between the 55 and the 58, side by side in front of me, i'd go with christine.
aside from the naysayers whom are obviously just petrified by any sort of confrontation...i vote the 55 for a mul***ude of reasons. a) it was a real car. built by barris in the 70's. im pretty sure that can fit in the traditional slot. b) full tilt front end, 454, 4 speed, fibergl*** decklid, etc. this car can run. c) i got a major thing for the sliding windows. i dunno why but i think they are cool as ****. that is all.
Richard Ruth built the 55 (at least two of them actually), there have been a few threads on it here. I think if Barris built it it would have weighed 6000 pounds and not run worth a damn.
ha ha now thats funny. yeah i just googled it. my mistake. and your right if barris built it, it woulda had a foot and a half caddy fins and probably 3 inches of window.
I'm not one that likes fenders, but the merc sitting still just says cool. You can see the same 55 at any crusie night. Everytime I see a merc at a show not one of them is the same. Christine is something that you see in a parade in a small town.
the car was not built by Barris. read the top of the page in the link. http://twolaneblacktop.yuku.com/
