"Arizona-San Jose Style" 64 VERT...Project Rust BOMB !!

    Thought you guys might want to follow along...Events/Pics from couple months back to present:

    THE SAGA BEGINS: (Back home in San Jo)

    Met up with Tony a while back at a show (haven't seen him in years...customer/buddy from way back in the 90's)...ask me to check out his '64.
    He wanted some patch work...I told him, this thing is pretty bad, so a full sand-blast was in order.....

    After removing the doors and stripping the firewall area, I built these quick door openning braces to reinforce the body before removing from chassis:

    Some cuts had to be made to remove the body...this thing is pretty bad...but repairable...

    Tony brought over his trailer, and I loaded it up for the next morning drop off:

    Media blasting doesn't remove bondo or rubber under-coating....too bad:

    Had to man....even with a solid vert, to keep the body from buckling.....let alone this s#it hole !!!
