    I agree with that statement.

Again thanks for the kind words....
I will get some earlier progess pics here soon. I want to show the floor. I made all of the panels out of 22 gauge sheetmetal as a patern. The owner of a shop I use to work at here in Cleveland called Stainless Works then made all the panels out of 14 gauge with a cnc lazer cutter and bender. They basically fit together like a puzzle and I welded it all together. It came out real nice.
And that's my 2 year old in the background. I'm lucky cuz he loves old cars. He wants the Tudor running so he can go for a ride. We just had another boy so the hot rod is on the back burner for awhile. So progress pics will be a little later....

14 Ga., Wow! How big a fellow are you? :D

Is there a structure (rectangular tubing) under the floor panels too?

Mosimpson, I like fat chicks so I needed a 14 gauge floor.....j/k....Yeah it's 14gauge without bracing. Each panel has a few bends which makes it pretty rigid. At the edge of each panel is a 1 inch lip that had slots in it. All the panels were laid in the body sort of like a puzzle. Each piece was squared up and the slots were plug welded. The perimeter was s***ch welded to the body. The plug welds made the floor very rigid. The small overlap areas get seam sealed to keep out moisture/rust. I wanted to post some pics, but my wife put the pics in some mystery folder and I can't find them. I will take more as soon as I can and post them.
And blown34coupe, The body is suposedly from here in Cleveland. I bought it from Don Moyer on here. He got it from someone in Painsville and then sold it to me just after he got it. I believe it was parked under a lean to overhang thing for a long time.

Your floor pics really helped me out! I was just trying to figure out how I was going to go about designing the rear part of my floor. The whole car looks great!

Nice stance. I dig the look of a 2 seater, but I need the back row. I saved a pic copy of yours for the "one" day.
