ok, the "og" front brakes, hub are rusted/stuck/frozen.
The good is, i removed the bearing cap,all bearings have plenty of grease, but it still will not spin.
So,after removing the cap, pin, nut, washer, bearings & alot of pre-soaking with pb blaster & some light hammer tappin'...it still will not free up....so...what the heck is the best thing to do???

All i am attempting to do is to get them to spin so i can install my steel rims & roll/move it around. :(

Looks to me like you have 1935 ford brakes or similar.
The problem is more likely to be with the fact that the brake shoes are binding on the brake drums.
Might be that you need to cut those springs off inside to release the shoes if every thing is seized up.
I am sure the bearings etc will be well greased and free to spin after you back the shoes off or remove them all together if you just want to roll it around.

Your ***le of this thread is not really helpful to getting info since your issue has little to do with any T coupe.

Just wondering why you would be bothered with mechanical brakes anyway?

    Thanks for the help/suggestions.

Yeah, i know the brake shoes are binded/stuck to drum, it is frustrating because i can not even remove the spindle bolts because of the current "stuck" location. It is block the head of the bolts.

I have removed the springs, still no luck.

This is that front suspension set up that was on my '27 T when i got...it doesn't really matter what year it is since i will not be using it. I am only using it so i can move my T around.

No problem, keep at it and you will get it moving eventually.
