does anyone remember a late 70's early eighties television show with a corvette in it that had one of those crazy low rider style paint jobs that took place in socal? i remember it from when i was a kid. i think hot wheels even did a replica of the car......
All I can think of is "Corvette Summer", a really awful movie even then. It DID have a neat-looking T-bucket in it that one of the 'Vette guys' buddies had.
That's what happens when a non-car guy (person) dreams up the ultimate "hot-rod". I used quotation marks because I know that is not a Hot-Rod!
Well, hell...since we're talking of H***elhoff....and before ya send ME abuse, I'm pretty certain that I got this from a Muttley post of 2005 or so. You have to click on it to get the full effect.....well, go on and click, ya wussies!
HAHA........yep, I posted that a looooong time ago. I would have reposted it today but its on an old dead computer along with a ton of other funny stuff.
I understand that after someone proposed a 30th anniversary revival of Corvette Summer, Mark Hamill said he'd just as soon only be remembered for being in the Star Wars movies that don't ****... Somewhere in here there's a joke about Jabba The Hutt being more aerodynamic and better looking than the car, too, but I'm too tired to work it out.
the ONLY things worth a **** in Corvette summer was the black Trans-Am and that hot little honey with the van.
Man do I remember her....puberty, Annie Potts trying to be a ******, SoCal, roller hos in hot shorts.....***** material! I saw it about 6 months ago and still got a chubby watching Annie!
