Advice on how to deal with a crook.

that ****s. Butch is a stand up guy. I bought some stuff off of him and he sent it out before I paid for it. Said If I didnt like it dont worry about sending him the money. Well it was perfect and a great deal. I couldnt wait to send him the money. It ****s when bad things happen to good people.

 

Well now, I have a little more information to share. The guy is a member on this site! Not only that, he has the inner fenderwells from my 51 Bus Coupe for sale in the cl***ifieds, for $100.00+SH!!!!! Now, does anyone not agree with me that this guy is a crook? Should I post his name? Butch/56sedandelivery.

 

thats pretty lame unless he is selling them to pay you, but some how I doubt that.

well just to let all the people know on here yes he sent out the parts to me
we talked back and forth and i told him i did not have the money right now
but he sent them anyway and i do thank him for helping me out with them
and hell yes i did put what was left of one and the whole other one up for sale on here in the hopes to sell what was left so i could pay him
and yes i do need to send the money but when you cant get up the money and i could not get the money from anyone i know as they are most all in the same spot i'm in im going to send him the money asap as i told him but when people start to threaten you does he think he will get the money that way and to call me a crook when i can't send the money right now as i just dont have it and for him to try to get me kicked off here and off hottrodders.com and then to tell me he will send his family after me what the hell all this sh!@ over 50.00 that i told him i would send him asap as of now i have put all my tools and my hotrod up for sale due to all the bills i have to pay and just when i thought it could not get worse my wife just had a miscarriage and now i have to try to pay for that to
i e-mailed him asked how to make it right but just more threat's and now he sends me a pm on all the people he is going to call on me like family and children's service's and for something that has nothing to do with my family or my kids just to name one on the list he sent me and hell hear he sits and call's me a crook what kinda person start's all this sh!@ over 50.00 do people think if i was not going to send him the money would i answer his pm's and talk to him at all i think i would have just not answered him

 

I think that "what we have here is a failure to communicate" by both parties. And now it's too little ,too late. Sad.
