Front/Mid Motor Plates for Model A

    Anyone running a front motor plate(similar to a Hurst) and mid plate in a Model A? I'm thinking of putting some in my pickup beacuse its going to be beat on fairly hard at the race track. I have a new Vega box if I can use it with a front plate?

    and dont forget the alternator, this was on Pinkee's car.

    I have a Allen Grove low mount alternator setup for the passenger side with a small single wire GM altenator if it will fit??????

    using hurst mount frt&small pair at engine/transbell housing
    see photos personal page here on hamb
    will look to see if have better photo mid mts...
    many chevy &after market chevy bell housing used mounts at the mid point

    I ordered my front plate today,it uses the water pump holes also.We will trim it down a bunch and punch some "speed" holes in it. Will post some pics later
